Annual General Meeting

The Club's AGM took place at 12.30pm on Saturday, 7th March 2026 at The Grain Barn, Gosden Hill Farm, Merrow, Guildford, GU4 7LE.

2026 Yearbook

The club's 2026 Yearbook was posted to members on 28th January 2026.  A pdf copy has also been added to the "Yearbook" section of this website (under Club Info).

Annual subscription

We sent a gentle e-mail reminder on 21st November 2025 that our subs of £12 are due on 1st February each year.  Members, please wait until 1st February to pay your annual sub and don't pay it before then because this means we have to account for it differently due to the payment falling in the wrong financial year.  Unfortunately, we have received several payments from members since we sent the reminder e-mail, including many in early January 2026.  We realise it must seem very minor but it all creates extra work and effort.  Thank you for your help.

M25 (J10)/A3 road closures
